Each individual receives a private image gallery via email - no need for you to act as the middleman.
Easy Master Download
A master link allows you to access all final retouched images in one click. Each image's filename begins with the subject's first and last name, making files simple to locate.
Multiple Photographers
Need to accommodate 120+ participants per day? Additional photographers double the volume. Perfect for squeezing in attendees during lunch breaks or between sessions at company retreats.
Background Color Options
A variety of background colors are available to seamlessly match your company's branding.
Online Self-Scheduling
Individuals select their preferred time slot using an online scheduler. Rescheduling is easy.
For larger groups, we organize 10-15 minute time blocks (1-3 people per slot). This keeps the process incredibly efficient:
- ✓ Early arrivals are photographed at the beginning of their slot.
- ✓ Late arrivals are photographed toward the end of their block.
On-Site Hair & Makeup
Artists provide quick touchups for men and women, including:
- ✓ Applying matte powder
- ✓ Smoothing and setting flyaways
- ✓ Adjusting ties, necklaces, and collars
