Headshots for
Teams and Events

I provide group headshots for companies/teams, events, and conferences in the Greater Philadelphia area and nationwide. I'll make arrangements to fly or drive to you.


Studio or
On-Location
I will go to your place of business for your convenience. You also can send team members to one of my studios. I will travel to your event or conference with my full setup to offer high-quality headshots to attendees.

Image Review
Each individual selects their image(s) via their own instant gallery emailed to them. In the case of a headshot booth, participants can download images right away and order retouching if they'd like, all from the convenience of their gallery.

Team and
Events
I photography teams and groups of 2 - 300+ (second and third photographers available to accommodate high-volume). Instant individual galleries are offered to wow your participants and make things simple for you. I can provide a master link to you of all of the images.

New-hires
It's easy to send new-hires to one of my studios, or I can come to you. Your company's headshots will maintain a consistent look for increased professionalism. You will have access to a master gallery with everyone's photos organized by name, and you can download them all with the click of a button.

Headshots should not be complicated

Whether you are an individual coming to one of my studios or a large business in need of multiple photographers to photography 200+ employees at your office, I am prepared to make every aspect of the shoot, from scheduling through receiving the retouched images, a streamlined experience for you.


  • You will receive facial expression coaching and posing to look your best.
  • We will discuss your exact needs to ensure your satisfaction - we can even match the style of a previous photographer at your company.
  • Your session can be as short as ten minutes or as long as two hours - it all depends on what you need and want.
  • The Exton studio is located in Exton and is convenient to the tri-county area - a short Uber from the Exton SEPTA/Amtrak station and very convenient from 202/76/Rt. 30/Rt. 100. There is ample private lot parking and the studio is tucked away off of Rt. 30 for a private feeling with easy access to the highway.
  • The Philadelphia studio is located in the East Falls neighborhood of Philadelphia, which is a short Uber ride from Center City, Old City, Rittenhouse, South Philly, North Philly, University City, Temple University, Penn, Drexel, and other areas in Philadelphia. There is ample lot parking so you won't have to fight for a spot. The studio features lots of natural light and a comfortable atmosphere.

Commonly Asked Questions

How does pricing work?

For regular individual sessions I charge a session fee + per-image. You will select the images you want to purchase and make payment at the end of the session.

For Express sessions, 1 image is included in the price so it is a flat-fee. You can purchase additional images at the end of your session when you select the 1 image you would like.

For businesses /teams/corporate shoots, I will create a custom quote for you based on your usage, the number of employees, how many headshots each employee will receive, how many group photos you will need, if you would like to add branding photos, etc. Contact me now to get your free custom quote.

For headshot booths, pricing is a flat fee depending on how many half days/days you want me there. Contact me for my current pricing.

Can we take lifestyle/branding images for my personal brand's social media feeds and website?

Yes! I specialize in branding photography of this type. Visit my branding images page for more details.

Can we shoot at my company's office?

Sure can. I will set up at your location in as little as a 15'x20' space.

Can we shoot outside?

Absolutely. We can use the natural light or we can use my flash gear for a sleek look when shooting outdoors.

What are some add-on services you provide for corporate shoots?
