How It Works

Step 1: Pre-Shoot Planning

  • Optional attendee list upload (CSV format) for seamless check-in & gallery delivery
  • Pre-shoot questionnaire to confirm location, key contacts & event logistics
  • Prep guide with wardrobe tips to help attendees feel confident and ready
  • Pre-event check-in to answer questions & finalize logistics

Step 2: On-Site Setup

I arrive with studio-quality lighting and equipment to ensure consistent, high-end results. While a dedicated room is preferred, I can adapt to various event spaces.

Step 3: A Smooth, Efficient Photoshoot

  • Attendees spend just a few minutes in front of the camera to have them back to their other obligations quickly
  • Expert posing and professional expression coaching to ensure they look their best
  • Two sign-up options:
    • Scheduled Time Blocks (10–15 min blocks, 2–4 people per block, accommodating walk-ins when possible)
    • First-Come, First-Served Walk-Ins. Check in via an iPad kiosk upon arrival

Step 4: Private Proof Galleries for Image Selection

Each participant receives a private online gallery via email, where they can review and select their favorite image.

Optionally, a company representative can select all images from a master link.

Step 5: Retouched Image Delivery

  • Retouched images are uploaded to each participant’s private gallery
  • A master download link is provided to the company, with files labeled by name for easy organization

Headshot Booth Pricing

Half-Day (4 Hours) – $5,000

  • Covers ~60–80 people
  • 1 retouched image per person included

Full-Day (7 Hours) – $7,000

  • Covers ~120–130 people
  • 1 retouched image per person included
  • βž• Add a second image per person: +$500

Extended Coverage & Multi-Day Events

  • 1.5 Days (11 Hours) – $10,000 (~180–190 people)
  • 2 Days (14 Hours) – $12,000 (~240–250 people)
  • 2.5 Days (18 Hours) – $15,000 (~300–310 people)
  • 3 Days (21 Hours) – $17,000 (~360–370 people)
